Thoughts on astrology, numerology and other systems of symbols with meanings

All these sciences operates with certain elements. All the elements together form a complete and fully accomplished system. The elements are charged with intelligence and meaning. A characteristic of these elements is that tye are moving or revealing themselves of transforming one into another in a precise and cyclic recurrence. And this recurrence is often beyond human control. This way, the plantes, the numbers and all other elements of intelligence becomes symbols. Their status at the moment of birth and their motion afterwards helps and contributes to the human uniqueness. Nature's esteem to unique things is great and as well as her esteem to the cycles, pulsation, undulation. When we accept the symbols behind these reasonable elements (numbers, celestial objects, etc.), we enter some unique cycle and we get closer to nature and intelligence. We enter some unique harmony.

Every symbolic piece of data in these sciences should bear at least two meanings as alternaties and one must mean progress and the other - decline. The human either by his conscious choice or his unconscious choice make one of the options reality. I fancy the zoroastrian horoscope with its totem-antitotem structure very much. Those are your two options - one is great in certain respect and the other is bad in this same respect.

I'm not sure if above writings works with everybody, but I believe they works for me at least. Perhaps it's easier for me to see the world from the CHOICE point of view and I'm very free to do it. Perhaps the rest of people has more limited choice than me. If that's the reason, I hope this will change some day.

I think that every system of elements which (the system) holds completeness and cyclic recurrences, posesses intelligence and shoud be studied. The systems has different number of elements depending on the remoteness from the Source and the complexity of information encoded in it, or will be encoded in it once the humans start to explore it. These systems are like alphabets of many languages who strive to describe same things. That's why the sytems do not contradict each other. The tricky part is to find a dictionary which can adequately translate the interrelations and the meanings between them.

I'm going to describe some systems below. I will expand it when something more appears. This shoud be put into a table or scheme, but I have no time... I admint that I'm incompetent in most of the fields of knowledge:

• Zero of Ininity or Emptiness or the First reason, or God - one element or rather zero elements because the element here is equal to the whole system and there is no differentiation of the information.
• +,-; Yin and Yang (2 elements)
• Fire, Air, Water, Earth (3 elements)
• Fire, Water, Earth, Metal, Wood (5 elements)
• The seven days of week
• The seven musical tones, but maybe 12 (with the intermediate ones)
• The colors - may be they are 7, 12 or maybe defined otherways.
• The nine arabic numbers (I don't count the Zero, because it's only in the beginning of the row and later the 9 has most of the features of the 0)
• Planets of the Solar system
• The 12 months, 12 signs of the zodiac, Chinese signs too.
• The 12 houses of Astronomy, the 8 zones in Feng Shui
• The zoroastrian zodiac - 32 signs if I'm not wrong.
• Alphabets of all the languages - after reducing letters to numbers, but there are some direct interpretations too.
• Homeopathic remedies
• Chemical elements
• Minerals
• Plants
• Animals

My approach to astrology

The color wheel helped me gather my thoughts and now I'll try to describe my approach towards astrology.

It is already clear to me, that astrological knowledge is useful and works. I don't have any doubts about astrology being a reliable and useful set of symbols, principles and methods. On the other hand, I'm a person believing in God, in the creative nature of humans who have the free will and the right to choose. Every human has the right to build his own  life at his discretion. Then how could I accept the flat predetermination with which many astrologers operates working on my horoscope?

So, my natal horoscope is a palette with dots and lines (planets, house cuspids, aspects) drawn on it. I accept that this is my beginning, my heritage, what I succeeded, or initial equipment I have for this world. These dots and lines are used as pipettes (droppers) with which I take the colors in the particular spots they stand, and paint the picture during my real life. Every single pipette is responsible for providing color to a particular area of my life and the whole set of pipettes covers all the aspects of my life without any exception. So I am able to color any area of my life - every area can be filled with a color, content. The palette itself embraces all possible colors (all information, energy and matter from the outer world, symbolically divided into 12 astrological signs). If I know that during my life I am painting, I will consciously choose from which color, what quantity and when to I take from to paint. And if I seek the harmony in my painting, I would manage to use every pipette so that the drawing will be full, with no empty spaces on it.

Planets and houses in the natal horoscope which I named natal pipettes are fixed - they are rooted into the palette and the colors near them are available for using all the time. These colors and the energies they represent, paints our life all the time. There are several astrological methods (transits, directions, progressions, etc.) which creates symbolic clones of the natal pipettes and move them throughout the whole horoscope in a strictly determined and extremely logical and harmonic patterns. Thus during my lifetime for certain periods of time and at an exact frequency, other colors from the palette becomes available to a certain pipette.

It appears that I have a quite big set of tools for drawing my life with colors chose by myself. What if I don't wanna paint? If I don't want to make painting and wish to live just like that? If I don't know at all that I have these tools and that I am on this land to paint a picture?Well, then the colors which are being given to me would probably spill out my pipettes.  Because my life, one way or another, is a stream of matter, energy and information. Some of the colors are even under pressure (if there are tense or inharmonic aspects) and they will surely reach the canvas in some way and something will be painted on it. A huge simple-colored blotch which would take almost the whole canvas for example. On my painting will present only natal colors, for using the cloned dynamic pipettes one needs a bit more awareness. But here is the good news - when I find out that I am an artist, I can fix the painting. There is enough quality paint, and the big blotch can become a nice offset background at once. And I think when you have several layers of paint, the picture becomes very rich and live! I've heard in aquarelle technology the painters use to wash away almost everything sometimes and begin all over again - the pale traces of past add depth and make the painting very moving. And we should never forget that the painting is exposed at the end. Until then you, the painter, are alone and nobody has the right to criticize your painting because it's not finished yet.

I suppose I'm not the first who thinks like that on the astrological matters. This astrology is not just observing what and when happens to people, process data and say that it will happen to you too, if the conditions are met. It will not happen, because all the astrologers did their researches mainly on "unconscious" paintings - with spots and splashes on them. I will try not to make spots, but to form them into a reasonable drawing. And I am really tired of hearing that some tense aspect as opposition or square will squash me and to be prepared for bad times. I want to hear advise on what proportion to mix the colors of these two pipettes and what is the best way to use all this paint that pours from them. Even advise on what exactly can I draw, so at the end something beautiful comes up, something that I will be proud of.

As this post became very long, let me summarize:

1. You are a painter and your life is a painting. God created the colors, the canvas and yourself in order a brand new painting to be produced. When you finish, it will be exposed in the Gallery of the Universe.
2. Every area of your life in a certain moment can obtain certain color (information, energy and matter) from the world around you. Nobody is doomed to have unpainted/undeveloped area in his life.
3. When you are born, the basic colors (basic types of information, energy and matter) of your life become clear and available. However...
4. ... there are moments and periods when any area of your life gains temporary access to any other colors and qualities known to the world and you decide if you need to use a new color to enrich and diversify your painting.
5. Astrology can help in the process of painting because it arranged the colors into a palette and provided you with pipettes.
6. Other sciences can classify colors another way and provide you with another tools to take colors and use them. And finally - ...
7. You can try obtaining the paints directly from the Creator with your spiritual hands and paint with them. I'm confident this way works too!

Astrological signs in colors

It is common to think that colors are seven (because of the rainbow), but after a search in the Net I found a system of 12 colors, ordered in a very logic and harmonic way. It's called color wheel. I decided to check if there is any compliance with the 12 signs and the way I positioned them is following:

Fire signs fitted very well, for the rest I am not completely sure, but I like the result. 

The principle of generating the colors is very interesting. The most basic (primary) colors are red, yellow and blue which I think must be fire colors as fire is the most basic element. Then, the colors intermediate to them (secondary) - orange, green and violet - automatically became properties of air signs, as air originates from fire, but it is a bit more "earthly". And finally the intermediate colors between fire and air (tertiary) went to water and earth elements.

The horoscope

I consider the horoscope as a clock, showing in reasonable and accurate manner certain cycles and processes of fate. The astrological horoscope even looks like a clock. Only the hands are much more (the planets) and the dial is the house system. The birth horoscope i a very unique for the person and identifies the human at a large extent. This makes the horoscope as important as anything else which individualize well the person.

If a man knows his horoscope and is able to interpret it, his life would become more well arranged and adapted to the horoscope and the latter would become more and more useful to him. Just like when one uses his clock to manage his time, he has a more tidy, optimized and well planned daily round. I think this explains to certain extent the fact which I think many astrologers fear to face: Horoscopes works better with the people that follow them and not so precisely to the people that ignore or reject them. These who trust and use horoscopes and the astrological knowledge in general, with time finds more and more concurrences and compliance between the things encoded in the chart and the things really happen to them. These not using horoscopes are like the ones not using watches - time flies to them too and they do exactly the same things the former do, but don't know exactly how many ours are left to the sunset for example. Their fate is a bit more chaotic and follows the natal chart in very rough frames. Rough in every meaning of the word. They may seem free of "the influence of stars", but do you know anybody gave up of clocks or watches by now?

In the Bible the stars are described as bodies of light showing the times. They do not determine our fate, they do not determine times, just like the clock does not determine time but only shows and counts it. I don't believe stars and planets have any real influence to us. These celestial bodies are just loaded with information, data, which we can take advantage of, to show us times and periods. They were there for long, long time now, has a very strict and clear cyclic recurrence and we cannot exercise any impact on them. That makes them a very suitable and fair-minded, unprejudiced hands for our horoscope clocks on which we can lean if we have a need to.

I've read it whole day today. I am impressed because I found most things "about me" in a single astrological source ever. Probably because I use* Pluto very often lately - its transit recently passed over some key points in my chart and the natal Pluto takes part in an important tau-square with the ruler of my horoscope. I must get the two other titles of the author, dedicated to Uranus and Neptune, because these are also my favouirtes. In fact which are not...
