Ezekiel 16

At the beginning we were sick, miserable, unhappy, crippled, with no future. Everybody rejected and hated us. God spotted us as we were and had his mercy on us. Maybe He was looking for such beings to manifest Himself, maybe not. We were extremely vulnerable and death was coming.

He cleaned us, washed the mud and sins. Made us what we were meant to be according to our talents. Developed the potential, gave us a chance to grow. Made us pretty. Gave us wealth. The past is gone.

We are well now, happy, lucky, connected through His greatness. We are fully dressed with divine virtues.

And now let us not forget that we are only vessels and this which fills us is not ours but God's. We wouldn't command it, we will keep it for holy usage. Because it is beautiful and alluring for many, but will be given only to the ones that need it. We will gain abilities, but they will be used for divine purposes only. Because when you are God's servant, strong and handsome, you could assume you are great and become proud of yourself. In that very moment you wouldn't be a good vessel for Him anymore and He will withdraw from you. You will see that without His splendor you are still the same miserable, ill and wretched kid.

Don't forget the days when you were without God!
